Tabled a proposal for Capacity Building in Emergency Response Preparedness Plans & Mechanisms for Response (ERPPMR) which include:
- Finalisation of list of top 10 priority pests for the region
- Production of management teckpaks & illustrated pocket guides for each of the 10 identified priority pests
- Preparation of information notes for policymakers to support urgent passage and enforcement of harmonized plant protection legislation in Member States
- Production of country-specific or sub-region-specific PSAs encouraging public participation in the process of prevention of entry of IAS in general
