The CPHD Forum held its 10th annual meeting during the period July 11th – 13th 2017 in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. At the opening session, the CPHD Forum elected two new executive members in the persons of Mr. Francisco Gutierrez of Belize as Co-Chair and Miss. Wilhelmina Kissoonsingh of the Turks and Caicos Islands as Technical Secretary
